Shipping

  • Shipping Within India: For all purchases within India, we provide free doorstep delivery. There are no additional shipping charges for orders shipped within India.
  • International Shipping: Shipping charges will be applicable for all orders to be delivered in countries outside of India. Please note that the shipping fees will vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method.
  • Order Cancellation, Loss, or Non-Delivery: In the event that your order is cancelled, lost, or undelivered to your preferred location, we will initiate a complete refund of the order amount, including the shipping charges.
  • Partial Order Cancellation: If you decide to cancel only part of your order while the rest of the items are delivered, please note that shipping charges for the cancelled part will not be refunded.

Delivery Time

  • Order Dispatch: We aim to dispatch your crochet products within 48 hours (2 business days) from the time your order is placed and payment is confirmed.
  • Delivery Timeframe: Following dispatch, you can typically expect your order to be delivered within the next 1 to 3 working days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
  • Shipping Address and Phone Number Details: To facilitate on-time delivery, please ensure the accuracy and completeness of your shipping address and phone number details. Here’s what you should keep in mind:
  1. Provide complete address details with your house number, floor, street name, locality, and a recognizable landmark.
  2. Accurately enter your city, state, and zip/postal code details. Incorrect information may result in misrouted orders.
  3. Make sure your phone number, preferably a mobile number, is accurate and reachable. We may need to contact you for delivery-related queries.

At CrochetHaat, we aim to make your shopping experience as convenient and satisfying as possible. Please review our order cancellation and returns policy to understand the process and conditions.

  • Order Cancellation:
    • To cancel an order, please contact our customer service during our operating hours at contact@crochethaat.com (9 AM – 6 PM). You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, please inform our customer service and do not accept the shipment.
    • A shipment confirmation email will be sent to you when your order is dispatched.
  • Returns Policy:
    • We accept returns under the following situations:
      • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please report it to us promptly. Contact us at contact@crochethaat.com (9 AM – 6 PM). We will guide you through the return process.
      • Delivery of Wrong Items: If you receive items that do not match your order, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in returning the wrong items and receiving the correct ones.
    • Valid Reasons for Return: Returns will be accepted under valid reasons such as damaged items or the delivery of wrong items. In cases where the customer wishes to return a product without a valid reason, the customer will be responsible for bearing the shipping charges.
  • Damaged Items Getting Delivered:
    • Reporting Damaged Items: If your package shows visible damage upon delivery, and upon opening it you find the handmade crochet artifact inside to be damaged, please contact us without delay. You can reach emailing us at contact@crochethaat.com within 48 hours of receiving the package.
    • Documenting Damage: To assist us in processing your return, please complete the following steps:
      • Make a note of the damage on the courier’s copy of the airway bill, and retain a copy of the airway bill for your records.
      • If applicable, ensure that appropriate remarks are made on the delivery sheet by the courier personnel making the delivery.
      • Notify CrochetHaat directly within 2 days of receiving the Handcrafted Article, providing details of the damage.
      • Please send us clear images of the damaged work with close-ups of the damaged portion(s).
  • Contacting CrochetHaat:
    • When you contact us via email, we will discuss your options, which may include a replacement, refund, or credit. If you opt for a replacement, kindly ship the damaged Handicraft article back in its original packing materials and container. Once we receive the returned artifact, we will promptly send you a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • The initial cost of returning damaged items must be borne by you. However, once we receive the damaged items and confirm that they were damaged in transit, we will refund the cost of your return shipping to us.
  • Unique and Customized Items:
    • Please note that immediate replacements may not be available for one-of-a-kind or customized handcrafted articles. In such cases, we will discuss the feasibility of creating another copy of the same object and the time required.

  • Refund Method: The refunded amount will be transferred back to the same bank account from which the payment was originally made. You will receive your refund through Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card, depending on your original payment method.
